is Brechin?
Brechin is located in the East of Scotland between Dundee and Aberdeen, just off the A90. The Caledonian Railway station lies just off St. Ninian's square which is the centre of the town. How to get here by public transport: The nearest Main Line station is Montrose, which is 9 miles to the east of Brechin. Montrose station is on the East Coast Mainline - GNER and First ScotRail operate services. Regular bus services, operated by Strathtay Scottish, connect Brechin and Montrose; even at weekends. The nearest bus stop for our railway is at St. Ninian's Square, just opposite Brechin station. How to get here by car: From the South: Follow the M90 to Perth, then continue to Dundee via the A90. Continue on the A90 towards Forfar and Aberdeen. Brechin is just off the A90 about 25 miles after Dundee. Follow the brown tourist signs marked 'Caledonian Steam Railway'.
